How to Measure Your Foot Size

Step 1: Place a sheet of paper against a wall and stand on it with your heel touching the wall. Draw the outline of your foot.

Step 2: Use a ruler to measure the distance from the tip of your longest toe to the back of your heel.

Important Note:

Manual measurements may have a slight variation of 3-5mm, so ensure accuracy by following these steps carefully.

I ordered my usual size and these ran small. However, the ones I ordered for my Mom were too large. Also, the top of the slide that goes over the foot is very wide. Not for narrow feet. One other thing-I’ve tried to get the company to exchange sizes for mine and my moms and they refuse to. I asked to return them for a full refund and they are giving me the run around - trying to offer me a partial refund and asking me to just keep the originals. Beware when purchasing that they will NOT honor the refund policy posted on their website.
